The site offers levelled, grassed, casual pitching within a spacious paddock over-looking the lakes surrounded by mature hedgerows on its external boundaries offering both security and privacy in equal measures. All pitches have electrical hook-up points and will accept the biggest of awnings.

We are a child and dog friendly site but ask that dogs be kept on leads whilst on the property. (Unfortunately Dogs are not allowed around the fishery)

There are many footpaths and river walks right from our gate which is a great way to explore the picturesque countryside and for exercising your dog off site.

As well as the CL we also have 3 fishing lakes. 2 are mixed fishery ideal for people who like to catch plenty of fish or the main carp lake for people who dont mind waiting and watching nature go about its day and maybe catch a 30lb plus carp!

Only a short walk away is the local village pub which serves excellent locally sourced food.

If you want to venture a little further then Chelmsford City Center is only 3 miles away where you can walk by the river or explore a bigger range of shops. For a smaller more quieter town you have Braintree or even freeport designer outlet village.

Other places of interest locally are Chelmsford City Racecourse, Highlands Park and the famous Tiptree jam factory to name a few.

There is a caravan supplies shop 7 miles from the fishery.
